In the suburban area of Lancaster, Indiana, USA, three tribes of cats rule the streets: High Moon, a rather large and neutral bunch, Omegatos a rowdy break-all-rules, human-hating tribe, and the Maoati whom are the scavengers of them all.
However, with the Omegatos growing in power and influence, the High Moon are threatened. And at the same time, there is corruption among the High Moons - corruption that threatens to bring down the very tribe itself. The Leader of the Maoati Tribe has an secret illness that threatens to destroy their tribe as well. His leadership and condition continue to worsen, and the Maoati begin to struggle from the inside out. The Omegatos are infiltrated by a spy, but with their numbers growing so big, it won't make a difference. Nothing can stop them. They'll make their move soon, and if the other two tribes continue to stand alone, there may be no hope...
