A Guardians of Ga'Hoole RP.
It is Autumn, the Rain of the Copperose, and the Harvest Festival is so close! Owls at the Ga'Hoole Tree are excited about the festival, whilst the birds on Parliament do not seem to be exuding the same joyful impatience. On the contrary, they seem to be frowning upon the approaching Winter, which has begun earlier than ever. The Weather and Navigation chaws have been flying together, studying the weather and stars in a hope to shed some light upon the harsh Winter that has already begun setting in.
Far beyond the Sea of Hoolemere, a weather phenomenon has reached the great canyons of Saint Aegolius. Snow! For the first time in history, the scorched boulders and rocky ledges of St. Aggies has known the icy touch of snow, and it only promises to get worse. What is going on here!?
Even the Pure Ones, who are busy reeking havoc upon Ambala and Tyto - recruiting Barn Owls and setting afire forests who's inhabitants are impure - have taken the snow that has started to fall early as a sign - a dark omen. The Winter setting is confusing, and for a brief period of time the High Tyto withdraws all activity so that he may figure out what this snow means. But he can't seem to figure it out - nor can the rest of the owl world.
What does this snow mean? Does it present a danger? Will it grip all of the owl kingdoms in an eternal winter? |
