A new, literate, and UNIQUE warriors roleplay forum. Taking place in the middle of an unknown desert.
Many high ranks are open, as the site just recently opened.
The Plot:
For generations, the cats of RippleClan had occupied the land of the oasis. Living in the secluded desert meant there was little life, and so the oasis kept the clan close together. No one dared speak against the actions taken by the leader and their ancestors; StarClan. Cats were happy to live within the safe haven and do whatever they needed to keep their territory intact.
The clan grew slowly over the years, yet as it grew it became evident some cats were simply not cut out for the clan. Those cats were outcaste and forced to find a new place to live, otherwise they would surely die. Soon outsiders made their way into the desert. Few were accepted, the others were shunned and they too had to find a new home.
Outcasts and loners turned their eyes to the mountains in the distance, and that is where they chose to make their home. They were all different from each other, and it seemed ridiculous they could live in the same territory. But there was one thing that allowed them to live near each other without murders; they all believed in nothing. No StarClan, no other beings, they were completely atheistic.
The mountain territory housed more and more cats, and RippleClan continued to expand. Neither had contact with each other, until one fateful day.
Foxeyes was believed to be the most loyal of all the clan cats. Being deputy, she was admired and respected by all, and a close friend of the leader; (Insert Name).
Yet she was no satisfied with her position, and longed for the power of a leader. As she schemed on how to get obtain this title, her back turned from StarClan. No longer did she have any faith in them, but that created no surprise among her followers. The deputy had never been devoted to StarClan, and that was why a few cats had grown close to her and shared her desire for power. Finally came the moment when the whole clan would know what Foxeyes believed.
This sweet harmony of life was shattered on the day when Foxeyes announced, with some casualty (right after the ceremony of her apprentice becoming a warrior) that she did not believe in StarClan. The leader exiled her then and there. Furious, Foxeyes left for the Mountain Springs, and there she changed her name to Amberblood. Those who dared followed her. A couple allies even stayed behind vowing to be Amberblood's spies within RippleClan.
After arriving to claim the Mountain territory, Amberblood was surprised to find a number of cats already made their home there, but her surprise soon vanished and saw a chance to take on RippleClan. With great work she convinced all the cats to join as one group; EchoingPack.
EchoingPack became the perfect tool for the deputy’s goal, and she trained the cats to be fighting machines. None of them held the names StarClan would have granted.
Shortly after forming the pack, Amberblood manages to find her father, a rogue, and convinces him to join the Pack. This way, the tom (who killed Amberblood's mother, mind you) could keep things in perfect order, so Amberblood can focus on her plotting to take down RippleClan with the help of her spies.
It’s only a matter of time before the war begins. And when it does, who knows who will win?
RippleClan is on edge, waiting to turn on eachother and exile more disbelievers, whether they are or not. Loyalties are in question, even among EchoingPack, where the newly-named Amberblood is semi-paranoid that anyone could be a spy. Making it so not even her most loyal of members know exactly what Amberblood will plan next.
